Our Guarantee

We stand behind our products and that’s why we believe in offering our customers the best guarantee in the industry. If for whatever reason you’re not satisfied with one of our products, simply send it back to us and we’ll send you a replacement.

Environmental Responsibility

We strive to produce an environmentally-friendly product without sacrificing quality. Eco Products observes a stringent waste management process while still producing reliable products comparable to that of those from an OEM. By recycling empty cartridge cores, we’re able to reduce the dependency of this product to petroleum products, as fewer new cartridge cores will need to be made.

FAQ's

For starters, remanufactured toner cartridges cost 30-60% less than original equipment manufacturer (OEM) cartridges. They’re also better for the environment. At Eco Products, we’re able to recycle most components of used OEM cartridges, metal, plastics, cardboard and paper (even old toner) allowing us to conserve energy and reduce waste in our landfills.

What’s more, our ability to reuse the empty cartridge cores means we reduce dependency on petroleum products, as fewer new cartridge cores will need to be made.

It all comes down to learning the remanufactured print consumables industry exists. While it’s only been around for 15 years, it’s becoming increasingly popular as people try to reduce their carbon footprint.

Remanufactured toner cartridges have been recycled and reprocessed from an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) empty core. Our remanufactured cartridges are produced to stringent quality control standards, using lab-tested components to ensure consistent OEM-equivalent performance.

CONS

New and OEM

  • High quality
  • Manufacturer guarantee or warranty
  • No wear and tear
  • More expensive
  • Not environmentally friendly.  Many end up in the landfill and not sent to be remanufactured (reused)

Recycled and Refilled

  • Cheaper or comparable in price
  • Drill-n-fill
  • Internal parts are not reconditioned or replaced.
  • Not as reliable internal parts are not inspected
  • Not tested
  • May damage your printer

No. Equipment manufacturers cannot void warranty of your equipment or service contract for using remanufactured cartridges. Current laws prohibit any manufacturer from requiring you to buy their product exclusively.

Absolutely! Each discarded cartridge adds approximately three pounds of unnecessary waste to our landfills - waste that will take as long as 1,000 years to decompose. It is estimated that 100 million laser and printer cartridges and 400 million inkjet printer cartridges are produced each year. Remanufacturing these 500 million cartridges will save an estimated four million cubic feet of landfill space. The office products remanufacturing industry has already made a substantially positive impact on the environment and the economy and will continue to do so.
